Ourika Valley · Setti Fatma · Seven Waterfalls

An hour outside Marrakech the road enters the foothills of the High Atlas, and the city gives way to a green valley of terraced gardens, walnut trees and villages of earthen houses. It is the closest Morocco comes to the mountains in one relaxed day.

Everything is private — your car, your driver-guide and a local mountain guide for the walk. The pace is easy, and the stops are yours: the day below is the shape we travel most often.

Good to know

Are the dates flexible?

Yes. Every departure is private, so the route runs on your calendar — tell us when you arrive and we build the days around it.

What happens if the weather turns?

Safety comes first. In rain or a heavy sandstorm we swap the exposed sections for an adapted route or a 4x4, and keep the rest of the experience intact.

How fit do we need to be?

The walk takes 1–2 hours along a well-used path — comfortable shoes and a reasonable level of fitness are all you need. Anyone who prefers a shorter walk can stop at the tea terraces instead.

Is the day trip private?

Yes, unless you choose the small-group option. Either way the vehicle, the guide and the stops are yours alone, and the start time can move to suit your plans.
